The Spiced Carrot exactly that..Perfectly spiced with cinnamon, allspice, ginger and cloves. This thick, soft cookie is topped with sweet, soft cream cheese frosting and finally it's all topped with the most delectable candied pecans. It's absolute perfection!
This is a 5 oz cookie. Due to the frosting it's tough to individually wrap. Therefore these are delivered in a bakery box on shredded paper. Due to the deluxe nature these are also sold in both 6-pack and 12-pack options.
Ingredients:
cookie: flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, corn starch, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking soda, salt, pink gel food coloring (water, sugar, may contain one or more of the following US certified colors (Red 40, Red 3, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1 & Blue 2) or (Titanium Dioxide), modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)
frosting: powdered sugar, Sweetex (high oleic soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrogenated cottenseed oil, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 60), flavor emulsions, salt
