Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your order! I have included my order policies here. Payment for your order indicates that you agree and will comply with these terms & conditions.

 

Availability

When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date or even paying for your order and requesting a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar. Dates are only reserved once the order has been paid for in full AND I have communicated with you via email/text and confirmed a pick up date and time.

 

Payment Options

Payments may be made via credit card on my website or via cash brought to me in Leo, IN. 

 

If you'd like to pay in cash please contact me at riverviewsweets@gmail.com and let me know what you'd like to order. I will send an invoice via email/text and you can bring cash payment to my home in Leo.

 

Please note: I am not able to reserve a spot on my calendar without payment in full. Once I send an invoice I will place a temporary hold on your requested date for 24 hours. Order requests that are made 7 days or less than the requested pick up date are considered a "rush" and a 25% rush fee will be included on the invoice. Please pay any invoices promptly. If payment is not made in 24 hours your spot on my calendar will be released. If invoice payments are delayed and my lead time falls to 7 days or less, a 25% rush fee will need to be paid in addition to the original invoice to reserve your spot. If payment is not received within 24 hours your spot on my calendar will be opened back up.

 

Order Changes

Changes to orders, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than two weeks before your order pickup date.

 

Refund Policy

No returns are accepted once a product leaves my home.No refunds will be given for canceled orders. I will work with you to reschedule your order if possible as my schedule allows. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my end, a full refund will be issued.

 

Pickup

Free porch pickup is available in Leo or if you happen to be floating down the St. Joe River we can arrange dockside pick up too! (How fun, right?) Delivery services are offered at a small fee within a 20-mile radius of Leo and shipping is also available for an extra fee. 

I typically schedule pickups for Thursday mornings. Accommodations can generally be made for different pickup times as agreed upon at the time of placing the order.

You may send someone to pick up your order instead of yourself, but if doing so, please let me know whom to expect. Orders must be picked up at the time and date agreed upon in my email/text confirmation communication to you. 

 

Pickups need to be on-time and on schedule. If you're running over 30 minutes late, send me a text, and I'll leave your order on the porch for pick-up (can't promise the weather will play nice, so try to make it ASAP!). If you're later than that and I've not heard from you, I'll donate your order to a family in need. I can't provide refunds for non-communication, so be sure to send me a text if you're running behind!

Order Release & Product Care

Once you have picked up your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on and do not stack any boxes. Products need to be kept at room temperature and not in your car once you get to your next destination. Baked goods are fragile, and it is important to handle them with care.
